Jane Klobas is Carlo F. Dondena Research Fellow at Bocconi University and holds positions as Visiting Professor in Italy and Malaysia. She is trained as an information scientist, and has an MBA and a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Western Australia. Her long-term research interest has been the impact of networked information resources on knowledge work, learning and universities. Prior to becoming a professor, she worked in industry where she built Australia’s first online newspaper database, and was an early contributor to industry conferences as the online information resource industry developed.
