Gianluca Di Bella started working in 1990 at the Anglo-American Book Co. in Rome where he mainly dealt with orders from customers and direct sales.
In 1996 he was hired by Datapro, an information provider for IT professionals. Information was sold first via cd-rom and then online. His title was Sales Account Executive for Italy, for all market segments.
In 2001 he joined DEA as Sales Account for Italy for any product (books, journal subscriptions, databases, etc).
In 2005 a brief but intense experience with Elsevier where he was appointed Product Sales Manager for Scopus for Southern Europe.
In 2006 he joined EBSCO Publishing as Regional Sales Manager for South Italy and in 2008 he was appointed director of Sales for Latin Europe covering countries like Portugal, Spain, Italy France, Swizerland and Belgium.
